hometown Frövi.

Frövi is located in the middle area of Örebro county, or in the
southwestern part of Västmanland.
The town whas developed from a smaller village to a municipal society in 1914, and became a köping in 1955 and later on it bacame a part of-
lindesbergs municipality in 1971.
Frövi belongs to Näsby congregation and Västerås foundation.

Wherefrom the name Frövi comes from?, well,only god knows.
some say that it comes from the "fertility goddes Frö"=(Seed).
Though, there are sientists that clames that the significance of the name is the flourishing forrest.
It seem as that there is some disagreement of where the name Frövi
actualy come from.
Näsby is however the ancient name of the parish, and still the name of the congreation.
